About Usn accordance with the Law on Certified Public Accountants and Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants No. 3568, it covers the Full Certification Service for Companies, Associations, Foundations and businesses owned by Associations and Foundations, as well as all other certification services specified in the legislation, such as Value Added Tax (VAT) Refund, Special Consumption Tax, and production certification.
1- Full Certification Service - Audits of records, documents and financial statements in terms of accounting and tax liabilities every three months - Certification of annual financial statements and Income or Corporate Tax Returns - Preparation of Income or Corporate Tax Return Certification Report and submission to the relevant Tax Office. Full Certification Service also includes consultancy services in resolving doubts encountered in the correct calculation of Income Tax Base.
2- VAT Refund Certification Service - VAT refund certification services; manufacturing, construction and import of air and sea transport vehicles within the scope of export of goods and services, services provided to these vehicles, international transportation and all other activities and situations specified in the legislation - Calculation of the VAT amount to be refunded, - Verification of supplier and sub-supplier accounts with cross-examination as required by the Law, - Preparation of VAT Refund Report - Monitoring the process until the report is finalized by the Tax Office. - Providing the refund, finalizing the offset requests, responding to the Administration's requests until the letter of guarantee is withdrawn and conducting relations with the Tax Office during the refund process, VAT Refund Certification Service includes consultancy services in solving problems encountered during the refund or offset process.
